Volundra builds companies whose
AI takes over
entire services,
completely.
A system that does the work itself, inside the limits the client sets, and stands behind every decision it makes.

Our AI plans, decides, does the work and writes it all down. It only asks the client what the client has to decide.
The Volundra AI
Our own decision system.
Our own rules, safety checks and memory, operated in the EU, on top of leading AI models. We don’t build our own AI model, and we don’t claim to.
Rulebook
Every rule checked, every source named.
Every decision rests on a checked rulebook. Each rule shows its source and the date we checked it. No source? Then we say so. The rulebook changes when the rules change, not with trends.
Safety architecture
It checks before it acts.
The client sets the limits. Before it acts, the system checks them. It stops instead of crossing a limit. And it can be stopped from outside at any time.
Memory
Every decision
written down.
We write down the numbers, the decision and the reason, in plain words. Doubts too. The system learns from this, so the next run doesn’t start from zero.
Orchestration
Models are tools.
The craft is ours.
For words and judgment we use leading AI models, the right one for each task. We can swap a model without losing anything. Our rules, limits and memory stay.
The first service we fully took over is live today. Every number below is measured there. More work does not mean less checking.
of incoming signals are checked every day. Whether a case brings 500 a day or 11,000, each one is rated and passed or blocked. Nothing is skipped.
Measured live, not estimated- 25
- automatic checks run before the system acts. If one fails, nothing happens.
- 9,500
- lines of checked rulebook sit behind those checks, each with its source and date. It grows with every rule change, so case 1,000 starts smarter than case 1.
- 7
- days a week, day and night. No office hours, no summer break.
Four things you can hold us to.
They are not here to sound good. The way we build makes them true. If we break one, that is a mistake, not a choice.

Measured, not promised
Before we start, we say what we will measure. Afterwards we show what came out, with the raw data. We promise no results. A report you cannot check yourself is no report.

The rule first, then the model
If a fixed rule can decide, a fixed rule decides. The AI model only helps where words and judgment are needed. That keeps decisions checkable and costs low, from case 1 to case 1,000.

Data in the EU, described honestly
Data is processed and stored in Europe, on services from US companies. Standard EU contracts and a risk check cover this. For the AI models, content leaves the EU. We say that openly.

Every product stands on its own
Each product has its own tech, data and contracts, from day one. Who is responsible for what is in the contract, not in the fine print. Each one should stand on its own: you can value it, check it and one day hand it over.

AI with a craftsman’s care.
